Christopher Bencivenga is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, boasting more than 20 years of experience with a focus on high-rise luxury developments, hotels, healthcare facilities and event spaces throughout the country.   In his role as principal at Punch List Plus, he has cultivated a company known for its precision, meticulousness, and strong attention to detail.

Prior to opening Punch List Plus, Chris served as Quality Control Manager at Extell Development Company, facilitating the successful walk-throughs and closings of impressive NYC condominium projects encompassing over 500,000 square feet and valued at more than 900 million dollars. This role underscores his expertise in managing complex, high-value projects to completion.

Chris brings a results-oriented approach to his work, backed by a highly motivated team that combines comprehensive knowledge and practical experience to ensure the successful completion of every project under his leadership. His career is marked by a commitment to excellence and a proven ability to manage the intricacies of high-end construction with finesse.

As Vice President of Field Operations, Justin delivers over 10 years of direct field experience in the highly regulated New York City construction industry. Justin oversees the daily field operations and manpower scheduling for all in-house Punch List Specialists and through the development of strategic plans, he coordinates the scope and schedule for high demanding projects. He is responsible for the management of budget estimates and successful project completion. Justin acts as a client liaison for the full cycle of each project and communicates with decision makers to assure all project specifications and budget goals were attained.

Justin maintains responsibility for staff recruitment and development and works to enhance the skill sets of newly hired employees to attain peak productivity and performance. Justin brings extensive experience in general management, project management, budgeting, project scheduling, and quality control to the PLP team.

Carlos has over 18 years of experience in the New York City construction industry. Carlos is constantly involved in all facets of interior and exterior construction and highly experienced in team management and safe job set up. Carlos manages the day-to-day field activities to ensure the project milestone dates and overall schedule completion date is met. He has been involved with all aspects of punch list phases and responsibilities, bringing a hands-on understanding of what it takes to close-out a project within budget and schedule. With over 18 years of practical and managerial experience, Carlos brings an outstanding level of knowledge and diversity to all projects.

As Lead Superintendent, Anthony is responsible for the daily operations of Punch List projects. He is a “boots to the ground” determined and detail-oriented leader. Anthony’s portfolio consists of a full scope of projects including luxury high-rise condominiums, high-end hotels, healthcare facilities, and corporate interiors. Anthony has the skills and experience required to ensure all work is constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner that is consistent with the industry standard-of-care best practices.

James has over 20 years of construction management experience. Through creation of detailed punchlists, backcheck, and daily communication with clients, subs, and owners, James has consistently maximized productivity on the job site. He is highly organized and methodical, utilizing strong interpersonal communication skills to prioritize and complete each detailed task of the job. James commands leadership by facilitating conversations and documenting decisions that are made to ensure accountability and transparency.

Donna Brueger is a highly qualified former Master Tradesperson with a keen eye for detail. Donna has Foreman, Assistant Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager experience in the high-end New Construction, Historic Restoration, and Real Estate industries in New York City, both in the field and office. Donna has extensive interaction with General Contractors, Subs, the Trades, Designers, Property Managers, and Real Estate Brokers doing business in New York City.

Iris is a loyal and determined individual with a passion for construction management. Iris is highly specialized in millwork touch ups, carpentry needs, high-end painting, general labor, general cleaning, and monitoring the health and safety regulations on a job site. Iris’ skills contribute to her expertise in punch list and back check completion. Through each project, Iris maintains the responsibility for punch list creation and daily reporting of complete details of attained tasks to the supervisor. Iris is a team leader, utilizing her interpersonal skills to monitor and manage punch list from project start to close-out.

Lauren brings extensive experience dedicated to project management, coordination, and purchasing in highly competitive fields such as the construction industry. Lauren is responsible for the organization and distribution of work to ensure success on Punch List Plus’ wide scale of projects from conception to completion. Lauren is highly capable of anticipating barriers to a project’s success and implementing mitigating approaches to purchasing, cost, personnel, and schedule. Lauren is responsible for the oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. She is detail-oriented, full of energy, and guides the team through many activities to see a project through to final close-out. Lauren efficiently liaisons with affiliated offices, building management, general contractors, vendors, and staff.
